Events, such as tours and cruises, will be handled by specialists we've selected to give you the best prices and options. For events that our office administers, you will be able to use our registration system to RSVP and pay.

’Tis the season to get crafty! Join us for a festive evening of evergreens, cheer, refreshments and fun as you create a beautiful winter porch pot to welcome guests to your home.

The Sonnentag will host fall commencement exercises Saturday, Dec. 19, when UW-Eau Claire students from all four colleges will graduate.

UW-Weekend at the Kalahari Resort

What is EATS? Educational Assistance Through Scholarship, a.k.a. “The tastiest night in Barron County,” is scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2027, 6-9 PM in UW-Eau Claire–Barron County (Commons).

60th Annual Eau Claire Jazz Festival and Jazz Crawl
SAVE THE DATE: The Eau Claire Jazz Festival is a regional music festival, dedicated to educating, entertaining and promoting jazz.
The Jazz Crawl - is the transformation of downtown Eau Claire into a New York jazz scene. Here, you can explore over 40 exceptional music groups at 17 different venues (all-ages and 21+). This year, our groups will be featuring a variety of music styles including ragtime, blues, acoustic, and big band.
Join over 3,000 people and enjoy this once a year celebration! Friday, April 16, 2027, Barstow St., Eau Claire, Wi. Tickets will be available in November 2026. on Eau Claire Jazz Festival.

UWEC CHAASE Spring Banquet

This signature event brings together top professionals, practitioners, students, and partners in health care administration to honor outstanding achievements, foster meaningful connections, and shine a spotlight on the future leaders transforming aging services and health care across the region. CHAASE serves as a bridge between innovative academic learning and real-world practice in the senior care continuum — and this banquet is the highlight of our year.

Members of the UW-Eau Claire Alumni Association board of directors will meet on Friday, April 23 at 2 p.m. Are you interested in becoming a board member? See the frequently asked questions about the board membership, the online board nomination form is available (Applications submitted by February 1st will be considered for the board term of the current year. Applications received after February 1st, will be considered for future board terms).
