Events, such as tours and cruises, will be handled by specialists we've selected to give you the best prices and options. For events that our office administers, you will be able to use our registration system to RSVP and pay.

Chippewa River Room, Flesch Family Welcome Center
Start your day the Blugold way with our first Alumni Coffee Chat! Join us for casual conversation with alumni, a look ahead at the future of UW-Eau Claire with a short presentation from Chancellor Jim, and a chance to win UWEC goodies in door prize drawings. Complimentary Blugold Roast coffee and cold brew will be served alongside light breakfast fare.

Blugold Hmong Alumni Gathering
Join the UW-Eau Claire Alumni Association for our first-ever Blugold Hmong Alumni Gathering from 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday, June 27, on campus at the UW-Eau Claire Chippewa River Lounge. Mingle and network with other Hmong alumni, hear from Caitlin Lee ’03, director of Multicultural Student Services; learn about the role of the Alumni of Color Network in connecting with current students; enjoy light refreshments; and have the chance to win some great UWEC prizes!
Families and children are welcome!
You will find the Chippewa River Lounge outdoor patio area along Chippewa River in front of Schofield and Vicki Lord Larson halls. Parking is available in the Water Street lot beginning at 3 p.m.

UWEC at the MN Twins Target Field
SIX TICKETS left for the Brewers - Twins 6:10 p.m. game on Saturday, July 20!
Cost per person: $65 each includes:
- Reserved tickets in The Deck Section T
- includes limitless food & beverage at the concession stand behind sections S, T, U and V
- ballpark fare: including hot dogs, burgers, chicken tenders "a limit of two hot items per stand visit", popcorn, pop, water, juice and milk
- Gates open 1 hour prior to the scheduled start of each game
- Transportation to the field on your own.
- Deadline for online registration: July 19 or until sold out!

UWEC-Madison Mallards
Join UW-Eau Claire at the Madison Mallards baseball game against the Rockford Rivets! Game at 6:35 p.m. gates open at 5:35 p.m. Join us before the game for the Pepsi Pregame Party - Food/Drink service runs from 5:35 p.m. - 7:05 p.m. at Madison Mallards Duck Pond, 2920 N Sherman Ave., Madison.
Friday, July 26 is a single-admission double-header, meaning each ticket is good for the Mallards game and for the Madison Night Mares softball game earlier that afternoon. Welcome to attend both games, or if you prefer just the Mallards game at 6:35 p.m.

Co-hosted with the Singing Statesmen, come support various acts that sing, dance, and lip sync their way into the Homecoming weekend! This is also the event in which Royalty will be announced.
You can purchase your tickets here! The student price is $3 before the day of the event and $5 the day of the event so don't wait to purchase, this price includes the service fee!

UW-Eau Claire Holiday Concert
The UW-Eau Claire Foundation and Department of Music and Theatre Arts present the 50th annual Holiday Concert to fill you with a festive spirit that lasts throughout the holiday season. Join us Sunday, Dec. 8 - shows at 2 and 5:30 p.m. Tickets on sale Oct. 1 at The Pablo Center. Voted as “Best Holiday Performance” in Volume One's Best of the Chippewa Valley Reader Poll and featured by PBS Wisconsin this year, the concert will include performances by the UWEC Wind Symphony, University Orchestra, Concert Choir, Women’s Concert Chorale, the Singing Statesmen, Symphonic Choir, and more. Proceeds from the Holiday Concert are used to support scholarships for UW-Eau Claire students involved in the music department.
